Refund Policy

At IndWerk Labs, we provide customized digital services and project-based solutions. Due to the nature of our work, refund eligibility is governed by the terms below.
1. Advance Payments
Advance payments, booking amounts, discovery fees, consultation fees, strategy fees, and project initiation payments are generally non-refundable, as resources, planning, and time allocation begin immediately upon engagement.
2. Project-Based Services
Refunds are not applicable for completed work, partially completed milestones, approved deliverables, strategy work, research, audits, consulting, SEO implementation, AI optimization, branding, content work, automation setup, or custom development already performed.
3. Client Delay or Non-Responsiveness
No refund shall be issued where delays, project suspension, cancellation, or inability to proceed result from missing client inputs, approvals, credentials, content, communication delays, or internal client-side decisions.
4. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided due to change of business direction, preference changes, internal stakeholder disagreements, budget revisions, or subjective dissatisfaction after agreed work has commenced.
5. Subscription / Maintenance / AMC Services
Recurring maintenance retainers, AMC plans, hosting assistance, monitoring services, and support subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
6. Third-Party Costs
Payments made toward domains, hosting, software licenses, themes, plugins, APIs, advertising budgets, payment gateway charges, AI tools, or other third-party services are non-refundable unless the third-party provider independently issues a refund.
7. Exceptional Refund Cases
In rare cases where IndWerk Labs is demonstrably unable to initiate agreed services for reasons solely within our control, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion after deduction of administrative, consultation, planning, or processing costs.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are expected to contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes after work commencement may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery action where applicable.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, may be processed within a reasonable business timeframe using the original payment method or an alternative mutually agreed channel.
