Terms & Conditions – Express Delivery

1. Scope of Express Delivery

“Express Delivery” refers to the delivery of a basic website within 24 hours from the time all required inputs are received and confirmed by IndWerk Labs.

This service includes:

  • Up to 3–5 web pages
  • Basic UI/UX using pre-built layouts or templates
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Basic contact form integration

2. Client Responsibilities

To qualify for 24-hour delivery, the client must provide complete and final materials upfront, including:

  • Logo and brand assets
  • Website content (text, images, videos)
  • Page structure or references (if any)
  • Domain and hosting access (if applicable)

Delay in providing any of the above will automatically void the 24-hour delivery commitment.


3. Definition of “24 Hours”

  • Begins only after all required assets are received and approved
  • Applies to working hours only (excluding Sundays or public holidays unless agreed)

4. Revisions Policy

  • Includes 1 round of minor revisions
  • Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
  • Major changes will be treated as a separate paid scope

5. Limitations of Express Service

This service does not include:

  • Custom design from scratch
  • Advanced animations or interactions
  • Complex integrations (APIs, payment gateways, CRMs)
  • SEO beyond basic setup
  • Content creation or copywriting (unless agreed)

6. Quality & Expectations

The Express Delivery service is intended for speed and functionality, not deep customization.

  • Design will be template-based
  • Customization will be limited
  • Performance optimizations may be basic

7. Delays & Force Majeure

IndWerk Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect inputs
  • Third-party issues (hosting, domain, plugins, APIs)
  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

8. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment is required to initiate the project
  • Work begins only after payment confirmation
  • No refunds once development has started

9. Acceptance of Delivery

A project is considered delivered when:

  • A live link or preview is shared
  • Or files/access credentials are handed over

Failure to respond within 48 hours will be considered acceptance.


10. Post-Delivery Support

  • Basic support up to 3 days
  • Further support is chargeable

11. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership transfers upon full payment
  • IndWerk Labs may showcase the work in its portfolio

12. Amendments

IndWerk Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
